Setting and Location
The country house is set within the Llevant Nature Reserve, 9 km from Artá and 2 km from the coast. The beaches of Cala Mitjana and Cala Torta are a 2 km walk from the property. Hiking trails are available in the reserve, and Artá's bars, restaurants, and supermarkets are a 15-minute drive away.
