Each dormitory bed is enclosed in a private pod with a curtain, reading light, LED strip, and a built-in locker operated by a key card. The locker inside the cubicle accommodates a carry-on suitcase and includes a personal safe. Guests receive a fresh towel and bed linen upon arrival, with optional linen changes every three days. Female-only dormitories are available in 4-bed and 6-bed configurations. USB-A and EU plug sockets are located within each bed cubicle.

The hostel provides a lift and facilities for disabled guests, including grab rails in some toilets and an accessible entrance. A communal kitchen is available with two large fridges, ovens, cutlery, and crockery for guest use. There are vending machines in the entrance for snacks and water (1 € per bottle). Laundry services are available with a washing machine and dryer (3 € and 4 € cash). Daily housekeeping cleans common spaces multiple times per day.

The hostel occupies a former convent on Plaza de Cuadrado Square, five minutes' walk from Palma's cathedral and the old town center. Parc de la Mar and Palma Port are a 15-minute walk away. The A1 airport bus stop is a five-minute walk, and the hotel offers private parking in a nearby underground garage for a fee. The building is in the Barri Gerreria District, a quiet area with local bars, cafes, and restaurants.

The ground-floor shared lounge includes sofas, dining tables, a piano, and a cupboard of books and board games. A separate games room is equipped with board games and puzzles. The shared lounge/TV area provides a space for relaxing or working. The kitchen doubles as a dining area with tables and chairs. The hostel does not organize social activities, but the common areas are open 24/7.

The 24-hour reception desk provides luggage storage (before check-in and after checkout, for a fee), tour desk assistance, and taxi booking. Security features include key card access to rooms and lockers, 24-hour CCTV in common areas and outside the property, security alarms, smoke detectors, and fire extinguishers. Safety deposit boxes are available inside the bed lockers. A fax/photocopying service is offered at reception.
