Suites Roc Portonova - Newly Renovated 2026 - Beachfront apartments on the southwest coast of Mallorca
Accommodation & Rooms
Each apartment offers one or two double bedrooms, a dining room, private bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and an ample balcony. Most apartments provide sea views over the marina and the bay of Palmanova. Select suites include direct access to the outdoor pool from a private patio.
Pools & Beach
Guests can choose between two swimming pools - one outdoor pool with sun terraces and a heated indoor pool open in winter. The outdoor pool area overlooks the marina and includes a pool bar serving snacks and drinks. Direct access to Es Carregador beach, known for its golden sand and crystal clear waters, is available from the property.
Dining & Bar
In summer, the outdoor terrace snack and cocktail bar offers a wide variety of snacks and drinks with views of the marina. A coffee house on site and vending machines provide additional options for drinks and light bites throughout the day. The pool bar also serves food during the summer season.
Location & Surroundings
Facing the sea on the first line of the quiet marina, the hotel is located in the town of Palmanova within the municipality of Calvià. The property is a two-minute walk from the beach and close to restaurants, shops, and supermarkets. A bus stop five minutes away connects guests to Palma, 20 minutes away, and other parts of the island.
Family & Children
The property includes a children's playground and a games room with billiards and table tennis. Water sport facilities are available on site, and bicycle rental can be arranged at reception. Family suites with two bedrooms and pool access are offered, and a shuttle service is available for longer trips.
