Reception is open from 8 AM to 3:30 AM, with online check-in required before arrival; rooms are available from 3 PM. Guests over 30 pay a one-time Welcome Pass fee of €2.50 at check-in. Free cancellation is allowed up to 7 days before arrival; non-refundable rates are charged 7 days prior.
